Your Responsibilities

• You will support the central PMO in managing and coordinating a group-wide transformation program.
• You will take responsibility for your own subprojects and present your results to workstream leads or the PMO.
• Creating professional presentations and decision documents for top management will be part of your tasks.
• You will plan, organize, and support workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Actively work in one or more workstreams and support initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Maintaining and analyzing action items in the project management tool is part of your responsibilities.
• You will ensure transparency regarding progress and KPIs and derive appropriate action measures.

Your Profile

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in a technical or business-related degree program.
• Thanks to your confident use of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, you are able to create professional presentations and detailed analyses.
• You have very good English skills.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style as well as very strong analytical skills are among your strengths.
• Your excellent communication skills and your ability to interact with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels distinguishes you.
• A high level of initiative, reliability, and interest in strategy and transformation topics complete your profile.
