The Opportunity
Für unser wachsendes Team in Frankfurt (Marienturm) suchen wir als temporäre Unterstützung wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Praxisgruppe Corporate/M&A mit dem Schwerpunkt ESG (Environment, Social and Governance).
Unser Corporate/M&A Team mit dem Schwerpunkt ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) berät Fonds, Assetmanager und Versicherer zu Investments, Anlageprozessen, allgemeinen aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und der Integration von Nachhaltigkeits- und ESG-Aspekten.

Das zeichnet Dich aus:
Du hast das erste juristische Staatsexamen mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen
Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse im Englischen (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil) und bist an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen interessiert
Du bist mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und juristischen Datenbanken vertraut und legst viel Wert auf Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und lässt Dich durch die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld begeistern
