As a Legal Specialist (Paralegal & Legal Team Administrative Support) at Mercedes-Benz Korea Ltd., you will provide day-to-day administrative, coordination, and documentation support to the Legal team - assisting lawyers and managers with corporate governance administration, filing and record management, meeting and deadline coordination, basic research, contract-process administration, and PO / invoice tracking.

[Main Responsibilities]

Paralegal & Team Coordination Support

• Provide daily support to Legal team: calendar and meeting coordination, document formatting, and follow-up tracking.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare briefing materials, and support communication with external counsels, vendors, and internal business units.

Corporate Governance & Administrative Support

• Support the preparation and organization of documents for Board and Shareholders' Meetings, including agendas, resolutions, and minutes, and support corporate registration filings under supervision.
• Coordinate internal and external meeting schedules, maintain corporate records and registers, and support contract management.

 

Budget & Financial Operations Support 

• Manage PO, goods receipt, invoice tracking, and payment status follow-up in coordination with Controlling and Finance.
• Support legal budget planning, accrual checks, expense reporting, and maintenance of up-to-date records of legal team costs

 

Compliance, Regulatory & Dispute Management Support 

• Assist with basic legal/regulatory research and prepare summaries and supporting documents for lawyer review.
• Support compliance trainings, audits, and investigation preparation, and compile periodic reports on litigation and disputes.

Mercedes-Benz Korea Ltd.의 Legal Specialist (Paralegal & Legal Team Administrative Support)는 법무팀의 일상적인 운영을 지원하는 역할로, 변호사 및 매니저를 보조하여 기업지배구조 관련 업무, 문서 및 기록 관리, 회의 및 일정 조율, 기초 법률 리서치, 계약 프로세스 관리, 구매발주(PO) 및 비용·인보이스 관리 등을 수행합니다.

 

주요 업무

Paralegal 및 법무팀 운영 지원 

• 법무팀 일상 업무 지원: 일정 관리, 회의 조율, 문서 서식 정리 및 후속 조치 사항 관리
• 내부 및 외부 회의 조율, 브리핑 자료 준비, 외부 로펌, 벤더 및 사내 유관 부서와의 커뮤니케이션 지원

 

기업지배구조 및 행정 지원 

• 이사회 및 주주총회 관련 문서(안건, 결의서, 의사록)의 준비 및 정리 지원, 법인등기 관련 신고 업무를 지원
• 내·외부 회의 일정 조율, 법인 기록 및 각종 대장 유지·관리, 계약 관리 업무 지원

 

예산 및 재무 운영 지원 

• Controlling 및 Finance 부서와 협업하여 PO, Goods Receipt, 인보이스 관리 및 지급 확인
• 법무팀 예산 수립, Accrual 검토, 비용 보고 지원, 법무팀 비용 유지·관리

 

컴플라이언스, 규제 및 분쟁 관리 지원 

• 기본적인 법률·규제 리서치 지원, 변호사 검토를 위한 요약자료 및 관련 문서 준비
• 준법 교육, 감사(audit) 및 조사 준비 지원, 소송 및 분쟁 관련 정기 보고 작성·취합

 

Education

• 4 year university graduate

• Degree in Law or a related field preferred.

 

Experience

• Prior experience in legal administration, paralegal support, corporate secretary support, or business administration preferred

 

Specific knowledge

• Working knowledge of corporate governance administration, legal documentation, and corporate secretary support

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power Platform, Power BI, or document / workflow tools preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English. 

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• High attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and strong follow-through.

• 기업지배구조(Corporate Governance) 운영, 법률 문서 관리 및 기업 비서(Corporate Secretary) 업무에 대한 기본적인 이해
• Microsoft Office 활용 능력 필수, Power Platform, Power BI 또는 문서·업무 프로세스 관리 도구 사용 경험 우대
• 한국어 및 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수자 (문서 작성 및 구두 의사소통 포함)
• 다양한 이해관계자와 우선순위가 상충하는 업무 환경에서 효과적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 역량
