Your responsibilities and tasks:
Unser Team „Labor Relations & Labor Law“ sucht Dich als engagierten Werkstudent Labor Relations & Labor Law (w/m/d) für 10 – 20 Stunden (in vorlesungsfreier Zeit bis zu 40 Stunden möglich) wöchentlich. Das Team führt Verhandlungen mit den Arbeitnehmendenvertretungen, insbesondere dem Konzernbetriebsrat und stellt die arbeitsrechtliche Betreuung der Tochtergesellschaften sicher.
Deine Aufgaben:
Du unterstützt unser Team aus Volljuristen bei arbeitsrechtlichen Recherchen und Analysen.
Du wirkst mit bei der Erstellung und Prüfung arbeitsrechtlicher Dokumente (z.B. kollektivrechtliche Verträge)
Du bereitest Präsentationen auf Deutsch und Englisch vor.
Du übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben, wie die Pflege und Auswertung von Datenbanken.
Your profile and qualifications:
Du bist in einem Studium der Rechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften (ab 3. Semester), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitsrecht oder Personal und für mindestens ein weiteres Jahr immatrikuliert.
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit und übernimmst eigenständig klar definierte Aufgaben.
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, Kenntnisse in SharePoint sind ein Plus.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
