Was Sie bei Dierks+Company erwartet

Bei uns werden Sie Projekte umfassend juristisch begleiten – zusammen mit Rechtsanwältinnen, Strategieberatern, Designerinnen.

Im Team entwickeln Sie Lösungen für Mandanten, überprüfen diese auf ihre rechtliche Umsetzbarkeit, finden innovative juristische Lösungen. 

Dabei geht es immer auch um die Sinnfrage. Wir stellen uns bei jedem Auftrag, bevor wir ihn annehmen, die Frage: Welchen Nutzen können wir und kann dieses Projekt wirklich stiften.

Was heißt das konkret?

Es geht in unseren Projekten beispielsweise um Fragen wie:

• Wie kann das E-Rezept mit anderen Anwendungen zu einer Plattform integriert werden?
• Wie kann die Notfallaufnahme in einem Krankenhaus optimal digitalisiert werden?
• Welche Anforderungen muss ein KI-Algorithmus erfüllen, dass seine Anwendung die Zulassung als Medizinprodukt erhält?
• Wie kann ein RNA-Interferenz-Arzneimittel in den Markt eingeführt werden?
• Mit welchen Playern muss man sprechen, um den Forschungsstandort Deutschland zu fördern und Bewegung ins System zu bringen?
• Und wie gestalten wir eine innovative Lösung datenschutzrechtlich zulässig?

Was Sie auszeichnet

• Mind. 1. Staatsexamen, exzellente Examensergebnisse.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Schwerpunkt/Praktika/Referendariat im Medizin-, Datenschutz- oder Informationstechnologierecht.
• Sie lieben es, komplexe Probleme wirklich zu verstehen und in die Tiefe einzutauchen, nicht bei achtzig Prozent aufzuhören.
