• Advising leading domestic and global PE and VC funds on complex international fundraisings and strategies
• Representing some of the leading global and local investors in their fund due diligence analyses
• Advising on complex carried interest and other incentivisation structures

Ihre Qualifikationen

• German, UK, or US (or international equivalent) qualified associate
• Keen interest in business issues
• German language skills are not strictly required
