The Opportunity

Für unser wachsendes Team in Frankfurt am Main (Marienturm) suchen wir wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) und Stationsreferendare (m/w/d) in der Praxisgruppe Financial Services Regulatory.

Unsere Finanzaufsichtsrechtspraxis gehört zu den renommiertesten Teams im europäischen Markt und verfügt über langjährige und umfangreiche Erfahrung bei der Beratung von internationalen und deutschen Banken, Wertpapierinstituten, Versicherungsunternehmen sowie Zahlungsdienstleistern. Das Team vertritt Institute bei internen und externen Ermittlungen sowie streitigen finanzaufsichtsrechtlichen Verfahren, unterstützt bei der laufenden aufsichtsrechtlichen Beratung und begleitet Transaktionen bei regulatorischen Fragen.

  • als HSF Kramer-Trainee in der Anwaltsstation profitierst Du von unseren Kooperationen mit Kaiserseminare GbR (Klausuren, Seminare) und der JurCase GmbH (Examenskoffer, Literatur)

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Du hast das erste juristische Staatsexamen mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen

  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse im Englischen und bist an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen interessiert

  • Du bist mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und juristischen Datenbanken vertraut und legst viel Wert auf Teamgeist, bringst Eigeninitiative sowie Kreativität mit und lässt Dich durch die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld begeistern
